Workflow guide

VehiclePhoto for private sellers

One vehicle still deserves a complete, truthful listing without an ongoing software commitment. VehiclePhoto accepts ordinary phone photos, keeps originals untouched, cleans the surroundings, matches framing, builds VIN-grounded copy, and packages the final files. The one-off Listing Pass exists for this exact buying shape after the free preview has shown whether the output fits.

Real product surfaces

Today's pressure

  • The listing needs enough angles to show the vehicle honestly.
  • Background cleanup should improve clarity without hiding condition.
  • The description must avoid guessing options from appearance alone.
  • Plate, face, or VIN privacy may need intentional treatment.
  • Final images and text should be saved outside the editing account.

What changes

Upload

Bring in current phone photos, a folder, or a ZIP archive. The upload path validates images and keeps originals untouched, so the trial can use the real listing rather than requiring special capture equipment or a staged reshoot.

Listing status

Keep the work in editing or needs review until the listing is complete, privacy treatment is correct, and vehicle condition remains visible. Ready and published states provide a deliberate finish instead of treating processing completion as approval.

Automatic listing copy

Use the VIN-backed workspace to draft specifications and listing text, then verify it against the actual vehicle. Installed options, damage, service history, and known details still need human confirmation before anything is published.

Export & deliver

Choose the required output dimensions and download approved results. A bulk ZIP can collect selected profiles with a manifest, letting images and copy remain available for the live listing even after the editing session is complete.

First hour

  1. 01

    Gather the truth

Collect exterior, interior, identification, tire, wheel, control, cargo, and honest condition photos. Include flaws a buyer should see, and keep maintenance or option documentation ready for copy review.

  2. 02

    Upload the listing

Drag the normal phone images into Upload and confirm they belong to one listing. Use the free preview to inspect difficult edges, paint, glass, shadows, and the difference between background cleanup and vehicle condition.

  3. 03

    Review words

Open Automatic listing copy, compare every decoded specification with the vehicle, and add known condition or history separately. Remove any uncertain equipment claim rather than allowing polished wording to become an unsupported promise.

  4. 04

    Save everything

Buy the one-off pass if the preview fits, finish privacy treatment, move the listing to ready, and export each destination size. Download the originals, final images, copy, and ZIP manifest into a folder you control.

Connected responsibilities

The same listing crosses capture, review, brand, delivery, and account controls. Continue with the adjacent workflows that share those handoffs.

Pricing

The free trial supplies five watermarked credits. A $39 Listing Pass is a one-time purchase with sixty credits and does not require a recurring subscription. Plans from $49 per month remain available if more vehicles follow. One standard finished photo consumes one credit.

FAQ

Questions answered

Must I subscribe?

No. Use the free watermarked preview first, then purchase the $39 Listing Pass for sixty one-off credits if the result fits. A recurring plan is optional. Download the finished package while keeping the original photos in your own storage.

Will cleanup hide damage?

It should not. VehiclePhoto cleans backgrounds, lighting, framing, and selected privacy details while originals stay untouched. Do not remove dents, scratches, wear, warning lights, or other condition information that a buyer would reasonably use to evaluate the vehicle.

Can copy be trusted?

VIN decoding grounds specifications, but it cannot verify every installed option, modification, repair, or current condition. Review the draft against the vehicle and its records. When something is uncertain, omit it or describe the uncertainty plainly.
