Workflow guide

VehiclePhoto for marketing managers

One clean listing set should be reusable without rebuilding every destination by hand. VehiclePhoto keeps the approved vehicle imagery tied to a brand kit, then provides consistent listings, listing copy, and channel export profiles from the same source.

Real product surfaces

Today's pressure

  • Every output needs recognizable colors, logo placement, type, and framing.
  • Different placements require distinct aspect ratios and safe areas.
  • Listing copy and photos should come from the same vehicle record.
  • Backgrounds must stay consistent across every unit in a set.
  • Final files must be reviewable and downloadable for the actual campaign handoff.

What changes

Brand

Define the brand kit with logo, colors, fonts, frames, channel templates, promotions, and OEM variants. A recent library image can be selected for preview so the system is evaluated against real inventory rather than a generic placeholder.

Batch

Run a row of units through one background scene so every listing shares the same clean look, with plate and privacy treatment applied in the same pass when enabled.

Automatic listing copy

Generate the listing description from the vehicle’s VIN-decoded facts, so the copy and the photos describe the same unit and no spec is invented.

Export & deliver

Use real destination profiles for dimensions and format, then create an individual file or bulk ZIP. The manifest makes included and dropped variants visible, and the result is stored in the library for a controlled download.

First hour

  1. 01

    Set the kit

Open Brand, select a real library image, and configure logo, color, type, frame, and the first channel template. Preview legibility at the smallest intended placement before saving the visual rules.

  2. 02

    Apply a scene

Open an approved listing, pick a background scene, and apply it across all photos. Check that framing and background hold on the first and last photo, then turn on the banner and logo per photo.

  3. 03

    Write the copy

Open Automatic listing copy for the same listing, review the VIN-built description against the photos, and edit anything that does not match the unit on the lot.

  4. 04

    Package delivery

Use Export & deliver to build the selected still-image profiles, then inspect the ZIP manifest. Confirm filenames, dimensions, branding, omissions, and download access before handing the package to a channel.

Connected responsibilities

The same listing crosses capture, review, brand, delivery, and account controls. Continue with the adjacent workflows that share those handoffs.

Pricing

Start free with five watermarked preview credits. Recurring credit plans begin at $49 per month, while the $39 Listing Pass covers one listing with sixty credits. One credit buys one listing-ready photo, so price the intended set.

FAQ

Questions answered

Can one kit serve channels?

Yes. Brand stores the shared identity and supports channel templates and variants. Export profiles then size each file for its destination. Inspect each placement because one universal crop cannot preserve the subject across every shape.

Does export post campaigns?

No. VehiclePhoto creates and stores channel-ready files, ZIP packages, and manifests. It does not claim live syndication connectors or DMS push. Uploading or scheduling the final package in the destination remains a separate, visible step.
