Capability

Finish once. Export cleanly.

Package approved photos as a bulk ZIP with a manifest, then upload or feed those files to the destinations you already use.

Capability

What it does

The syndication page describes the handoff VehiclePhoto supports today: bulk export, not an invisible direct-publish promise. Once a listing’s photos are approved, you can package the finished files in a ZIP and include a manifest that helps another system associate each output with its vehicle. That replaces repetitive individual downloads while keeping the transfer inspectable.

After export, you upload the files or pass them through the workflow you already use. VehiclePhoto does not currently provide live marketplace syndication connectors or direct DMS push. Destination requirements can also change, so confirm current dimensions, formats, counts, ordering, and disclosure rules before posting. The exported original relationship remains available for your own audit and correction work.

Bulk ZIP

Download the approved photo files together instead of saving each result individually from the studio or listing view.

Clear manifest

Keep a machine-readable manifest beside the files so identifiers and output relationships survive the handoff.

Honest boundary

You control the final upload or feed; live syndication connectors and direct DMS push are not available today.

Workflow

How it works

  1. 01

    Approve the gallery

Review image order, visible condition, branding, privacy masks, and required AI-enhancement labels before preparing the handoff.

  2. 02

    Build the export

Create the bulk ZIP and manifest for the selected listing, keeping the generated filenames and identifiers together.

  3. 03

    Post through your workflow

Download the package, verify its contents, and upload or feed the files to each destination using your existing process.

Workflow

Where it fits

Use bulk export when several approved images need to move together or when another system benefits from a manifest instead of a folder of unexplained files. The same approach also makes a manual handoff easier to inspect before anything becomes public.

If your workflow needs programmatic access, REST API v1 and webhooks are separate live surfaces. They do not turn the current export into a named destination connector. Keep destination credentials and posting controls in the system responsible for publication.

FAQ

Syndication, answered.

Does it publish directly?

No. Today the product creates channel-ready files, a bulk ZIP, and a manifest that you download and post or feed yourself. Live syndication connectors are not available.

Does it push to a DMS?

No. Direct DMS push is not live. Use the export package or the separate REST API v1 surface within a workflow you control.

What does the manifest do?

It travels with the exported files and records the identifiers needed to associate outputs with their vehicle, making a bulk handoff easier to inspect and automate.
